1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Trade Takeover website (https://www.tradetakeover.com) and any website, SEO, phone or software services provided by Trade Takeover.

2. Managed Monthly Packages & Setup Fees

Trade Takeover provides managed pay-monthly websites and local lead-generation systems, including our Local Takeover (£195 setup + £79/month, which includes hosting and up to 2 content/photo updates per month), City Takeover (£495 setup + £195/month, which includes weekly updates and monthly SEO management) and Regional & UK Takeover (£895 setup + £349/month, which includes unlimited priority updates and weekly SEO page expansion), as well as custom apps and phone systems. The initial setup to launch fee on all three packages includes the first month of subscription, with recurring monthly billing beginning in Month 2.

3. Intellectual Property & System Ownership

All websites, codebases, location page architectures, phone numbers and custom apps built under a pay-monthly package remain the intellectual property of Trade Takeover and are licensed to the client for as long as their monthly subscription remains active and paid up to date. Any photos, logos or text supplied by the client remain the client's property. If a client stops paying their monthly subscription, Trade Takeover reserves the right to take the website and associated systems offline. Clients who wish to purchase outright ownership of their website and domain may request an agreed buyout quote after 12 consecutive monthly payments.

4. Payments & Cancellation

Setup fees are payable before launch and monthly subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Either party may cancel a monthly subscription with 30 days written notice.
